    wouldn't it, though?
    Here's a hint: take a letter "L", and rotate it 45 degrees
    anticlockwise.

    Except that it's not; it's an L because of the 90° angle
    and the fact that one cylinder is vertical and the other
    on the horizontal ... just like an L.

    I was just trying to explain why, regardless of orientation, an "L"
    engine was the same as a "V".
