His exercise of his democratically-given right to commute to work by
Commonwealth VIP jet does make the costs of one-off photo-op traipses to
random-fuckhole X seem minor by comparison.

Say it's funny that you aim to go from one profession which exists
because of people's inability to look their insecurities and pettiness
in the face and laugh at them, to another.

And so long as your replies keep on falling short of stretching to a
third punctuation mark, you're not exactly doing anything to change
    that, are you?

Isn't that supposed to be your job? Debate the populace? Convince them
that what you're on about has some merit? Show yourself to be worthy?

Is this how you dealt with people who came up to you in the street
during the election campaign and who had anything other than a slap on
the back for you? No wonder you lost by a 20% margin...

So far you've just shown yourself to enjoy authority, disdain dissent
and lack any kind of plan that extends beyond the end of your street...
which reminds me a lot of a certain short, bald, bespectacled someone
you've never said a bad word about.

Why not. It's not like it would make a worse job of it... and it could just
insert a peripheral device into GWB's arse, instead of itself. A huge
    advance.

Perhaps not, we see the Queensland and NSW Premiers calling for the Federal
Government to take over Health today, perhaps this is the begining of the
abolition of State Governments. Now that would save some dollars.

I thought it was the NSW's, namely Bob C. who wants to give hospitals to
the feds, while the q'land lot don't want to.

I assume from that that the Q'land hospital system isn't as fucked as
    the NSW one.

Now, you don't normally have to work hard to pick a fight with me, but,
getting rid of the State level of government (and its associated
pollies) just won't do it. :)

    You'll have to try harder.

The Queensland Health System is just as screwed as NSW, Pete Beattie is just
    better at hiding the truth.

Peter Beattie's hiding that, too, of course...

Personally, a swap-of-responsibilities of this type might just be what's
required to finally and unequivocally demonstrate that Howard's senior
team can't organise a burnout comp in the Phillip Island trackside
    campground during GP weekend...

....as far I can follow, all they've been doing is redirecting money
which should've gone to the states so they can fund roads, hospitals and
schools into bribes for their pet segments of the populace, the almighty
surplus and a few select subsidies for otherwise unsustainable
industries, such as the private health insurance sector.

But hey, the times are good, so don't rock the boat.

Fair go, IK. You know that he needs to live in Kirribilli Palace so that
his childrens' schooling isn't interrupted by having to live in Canberra.

Or, the "issues that the party to which I belong think that are
    important."

In a recent survey, a list of questions were mailed out to candidates
from all the major parties. Without exception, the Libs and ALP
candidates replied with form letters trotting out the party line.

When questioned, they all said that they had contributed towards
developing the policies and that they do represent the individuals'
views, which are/were based on their consituents' concerns and
    interests.

    Yeah, right.

And most of the population vote for those 2 parties, so it must be the right
    thing to do.

Most of the population, when pressed, will also admit to maintaining at
least a token collection of porn. I suppose that means sucking dick for
money is another right thing to do...

So you have been pressing most of the population of dick suckers?

I am not surprised at all.

The correct sequence is; ensure you've understood the
put-down,_then_compose and unleash the sneering put-down... not the
    other way around.

Quite the poster boy for coservative politics, you are.
