Fatality on New England Highway

    The New England Highway was closed about 10kms north of Deepwater around
    miday last Monday (6 Feb). From what I could see there had been a fatality.
    There hasn't been anything on the Net that I could find. Apologies to the
    guy on the Buell that followed me through the Torrington detour for the
    cowpat that I flicked up onto him. Anyone know anything about the accident.
    The local cops (who were pretty decent) told me they expected the road to be
    shut for at least 3 hours.
