Faster DVD has arrived

  1. I saw the showing in Santa Cruz recently and immediately put in my order ay
www.fastermovie.com. It arrive the other day and I watched the extra feature
(singular), which was only a few minutes of scenes with narrator the Ewan
McGregor and a few racers burning up rear tires outside (the friggin
    Paparazzi were going nuts!).

The DVD does say "Preview Edition" so maybe there is another edition coming
with more extra features (I'm sure they're looking for worldwide
distribution but for the moment it's only Region 1).

Even without a ton of extra features the disc contains a very high quality
version of the flick and is an excellent way to introduce MotoGP to anyone.
My wife is actually watching races with me now!

I took my wife to see it in Minneapolis. Before, she wasn't the slightest
bit interested in watching racing on TV, even though she enjoyed coming with
me to the track and being involved when I was racing. But now, it's the
same thing; she actually enjoys watching MotoGP races with me. Now I just
need to get her excited about watching the other series as well like AMA,
and WSB (the only others I have access to through my cable provider on
    Speed).

Can't wait to get my hands on the DVD. Thanks for the info.

    Regards,

Funny - all I got out of it was that due to crashing and crashing and
crashing racers eventually see the light and quit.

It wasn't like that for me when I raced, and was AFM south's vp/secretary.

But then -- on a 100 mph bike in the 60's. Won too.

Hopefully it's not really that hideous in motogp as the movie makes it out
    to be.

Thanks for tipping us, I was awaiting this DVD.
Unfortunately, they only do US orders.

Does anyone know how to obtain this in Europe?
Amazon does not carry it, unfortunately.
