Well done.

But, here's a tip. I don't think you ever stop being a smoker so be
aware of it as a weakness. IME, falling back to the odd one 'just to be
social' leads to falling back to regular smoking.

 

I quit in 1983. These days, the smell of smoke makes me feel ill. I'll
never start smoking again, ever.

 

Snap(ish) 1982 for me, I'll be glad when the smoking ban hits. I think I
wouldn't be so anti if the UK did aircon at Septic levels.

You're prolly all right for a couple of months, you can maybe smoke the
occasional one (but if you want to stay stopped, then you wouldn't
anyway), after that, it only takes that first ciggy to start you off
again, however well over it you think you are

 

It was nice visiting Ireland. California has had a ban for about 10
years now, it's bloody nice.
