heh. Well I'm quite a n00b around here, though did lurk for a long time
    before I came out.
Sure. And yes, no chance of a qooglewhack with my name.

    <looks down at feet, shuffles>

    might do....

Not sure about the jobs though. The one at simonwilson.com is a
    'realtor' iirc.

Sound recordist for the beeb sounds pretty cool.

And you've been in serious risk of sharing fond memories of some **** who
tought Spanish as a foreign language to some burds from Strathclyde
University. Common UKRMer friends made me realize you were not, before it
    was too late :)

  6. Nor do I. I suppose that proves that I'm not in the clique. or
    lushhead isn't.
I'm pretty sure it's not me.

I quite like the sound of evil, tea-and-toast-making, slipper-fetching
    robots to be honest.

I've never met him, but if he's willing to undertake the tea-and-toast
making, slipper fetching gig then I'm sure a compromise can be made.

Sugar in tea? Are you quite mad?
I like both Marmite and marmalade. Not at the same time, of course.
    The evil, *heartless* bastards!

Sugar in tea, and marmite (shudder) really *would* be evil.

OK - on balance, I'll go for the Sweller option then.

eh? Surely one always puts the butter on, and then the jam? [1]

[1] well, in my case it's Flora, then ginger preserve, but the
    principle is the same.

do you put the flora-covered knife in the preserve, though?

That sort of thing makes my blood boil.

nearly as much as opening the spread to find someone's left a bunch of
crumbs in it - I see the red mist when that happens.

    It's not just me then.

P is quite obsessive about not cross-contaminating the spread with
jam/marmalade/mamrmite and vice versa, but does leave crumbs all over
    the spread. Aarrggh!
