FA: Harley biker boots

Discussion in 'UK Motorcycles' started by Mike Tomlinson, Apr 24, 2011.

  1. Before the regulars come out with flaming torches and pitchforks, I'm
told uk.r.m doesn't mind the occasional advert. If I was misinformed,
    many apologies.

I've a pair of men's Harley biker boots up on fleabay if anyone reading
this is interested. Ebay item number 110678837538. Size UK 9.5 to save
you looking for the auction if that isn't your size.

    cheers.

"Suitable for foot protection on work sites"?!? Got steel toecaps then
    have they?

  3. I'm not sure, which is why I didn't say so in the auction.

The toecaps are definitely reinforced, but without checking with a
magnet, I couldn't say they are steel. Several sites selling the same
boots do state that they are suitable for "work sites", again without
    explicitly saying they are steel-capped.

    HTH. HAND.

    Probably OK for sheepshagging.

Rather too high a starting bid. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't sell.

But it's a lifestyle thing so money doesn't count. They might hit a
higher price if he chucks in a false moustache and a knackered old
    hard hat.
