Not that I know of.

All the females on my SO's side have ankles that are not exactly on
the dainty side. Not that they are huge you understand. When she
wanted some new boots we popped into HG in Slough and Lozzo assured
her that she'd find a pair to fit over her leathers. I was sceptical
to say the least. Lozzo bless him tried every boot in the shop to no
avail. In the end we went to MJK and had a pair of Daytonas made to
measure.
My daughter bought hers without trying them with leathers.
