For those who like class (and my bike). The lure of an Italian goddess is growing strong
and I'm growing weaker by the day. I need to find a good home for the goof so I can move
    one without mega guilt.
    Location: Melbourne/Bendigo
Bike: 2003 CBR600F4i, Black/Gray, Currently sitting at around 26,500 of easy highway
commuting (Bendigo - Melbourne) and 500kms of riding twisties.
    Rego: Till next October
Accidents: as had one major fall 2 weeks after buying it at 0-5kph (damn gravel) which
involved scraping of plastics, mirror and engine case, of which the case and mirrors were
replaced, along with the fitting of Oggy Knobs.
The second fall (Wintersun '04) consisted of a broken gear lever and
mirror but thanks to the Oggies that was all the damage.
Serviced by Redwing Honda (Melb) according to log book as well as full fuel log.
Immaculately maintained. Current Redbook price is $10,900.
It also has a Ventura Rack. I have a set of AGV Leathers, Jacket and Pants, if anyone
needs artificial sweetening. I don't really want to part with the Jacket because we go
back a long way, but it's there. There is also a year old (same age as the goof) MDS
helmet, but I get nervous about selling second hand helmets (even though I did ride in one
for a year, then crash with it on)
So, I am looking for a good home for a great bike at a good price. Girlfriend not part of
the deal, I'm keeping her for now. All realistic offers considered,
threefiddyandakickinnanutz will be heard but not considered :)
If anyone wants any more info, email me at [1] and I'll answer
    any questions about the bike.

You ever seen a camel after GS sat on it?
Is it any wonder he got a Guzzi.

It would be a rare operating business which operated from its own premises.
Another entity with the same ultimate ownership, perhaps, but if you own the
premises you can't charge yourself rent, and out the window goes a handy
profit-shifting option. Many businesses also separate the sales arm from
the admin arm for purposes of 'adjusting' the admin costs, and many
businesses also manage to have the entity which owes dough on the floor plan
well removed from the company which actually owns anything.

there is a few about , they are usually family owned business , one being a
large coffee company in syd , and all its buildings are owned by the family

the family owns the business and the property so rents the property to the
    business
and hence shifts cash to themselves , also gives the option to one day sell
    the business and
    still collect rent
