  2. It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember Preston Kemp
    Lovely, quite fucking lovely.

Might be. Is the bike on a 'Q' plate?

  5. Have you now got a mirrored "not for road use" scar on your forehead now?

In the case of my reply it's because that was the first number which
came to mind. Can't speak for Dan.

Love the exhausts on the nearest one to the camera.

Sounds like a lot of hot air then.

heh, I've actually got the legal standard can on the GSXR and did it
on that. Decided race cans are for wankers.

It's ok, he gets plenty of ventilation because his nose means the visor
    won't close anyway.

Strangely, I've never met any gixxer thou owners who've felt the need
    to change to can.

    sweller says...
I remember something about low temperature corrosion from by trainee
engineer days. IIRC if the exhaust temperature starts to drop below 120
degrees C then water vapor starts to condense out from the steam this
then combines with the sulphur in the fuel to form sulphuric acid.

In these days of low sulphur fuel I think wibble flip wibble do is
    probably my best guess.

Yours then? Very nice Certainly the best piece of design on any bike
    exhaust.

Tru. Did it not negate the effects of the exhaust valve and make it
less flexible at low revs as well?

It came with a Remus Ti on it, but I decided the noise was just too
harsh and it isn't like the bike needs the extra couple of bhp it
    gives.

Anyone want to make me an offer for it? It's a three bolt so would
suit 96-99 GSXRs. Although I have a modified link pipe to put it on a
    GSXR1000.
