I've knocked out the exhaust baffles on my bandit 250. Just want to know if I
can get away with the same main jet or do I need to get a bigger one? Can I
just richen the needles and leave it at that? The plugs were the righ colour
before knocking out the baffles. Now they are bone white.

the main is the one to be most concerned about, I'd have thought.
sounds like a richer clip setting and bigger main are called for...

Front sprocket will need to be resized too, don't forget.

u'll have to make it richer, raise needles all the way and put a 1/8 th
    drill through the main jets.

seriously though...all that noise and fuss and mucking about for 2 hp
    anyway its done now
if you can read plugs and pull the carbies apart and have a set of jet
drills you can go a little bit bigger and test then perform countless
    iterations till it runs right
or just take it to a dyno tuner
