That's different - the hire car company will have to pay the fine if you don't and will just charge your credit card with the fine, plus expenses. That's why they _always_ insist on taking a credit card imprint/swipe, even if you're paying in cash. DAMHIK IJK, OK?

<crash> Was in Dublin at the weekend. That fag ban is great idea and strangely enough all the pubs were still full.
It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the That's really surprised me - along with all the other smokers in the country. It only goes to show that most smokers aren't as addicted as they think they are. When I'm working I can quite happily go without a fag for a couple of hours, and the same would go for the pub. And even as a smoker, how did you find the change in air quality inside the pub? Was it noticeable? Was it less "pub-like" for having clean air?

Andy & I spent a week there recently and to me, a non smoker, it was a helluva improvement and I'd like to see it brought in over here too. I hate the next morning when you pick up the clothes you wore the night before and they *stink* of cigarette smoke. I guess that Andy will be along shortly to say it was a pain in the arse as he grumbled about it constantly. -- Adie (replace spam with nickname to reply) UKRM FAQ: http://www.ukrm.net/faq/ Triumph 955iSS / GSF600 bandit MRO#11 BOTAFOF#7 BOTAFOT#130 DIAABTCOD#17 MIB#24 YTC#16 BOB#15 ex-UKRMMA#22
Tee hee, dontcha just love it. It was most noticeable and welcome in restaurants. Noticed the bouncers in Temple Bar were well heavy with people trying to ignore the ban.
