European BHP limits...

....how long have they been throttling stuff down to 100bhp in places like
France?

Seen a possibly imminent purchase earlier, reportedly imported a while back
from France, and just wondered when this practice was first adopted there.

Dunno. It's probably around 10 years or so, as this was the time it was
all kicking off with Bangermann, IIRC. You should ask frm or Des ;-)

It may already be derestricted though.
