Just to let you know, Platy and me won't be at the EOSM on sat. He's fallen
of the trophy and done quite a bit of damage

Ah, bugger. On all three counts, actually - personal monotrematic
damage, motorcycular breakage and lack of Laura at EOSM.

Commiserations to Himself please Laura. Get him to present himself
here asap and account for his clumsiness - and the damage to the
    Trophy.

    Thanks for letting us know.

He'd better hang on to that Drifter, then.

Crikey - I'm not sure he's cut out for this motorcycling lark.

Pass on my get well soon wishes to him, please.

What do you mean exactly by "fallen off"?

Oh heck. Tell the silly sod to GWS and we'll raise a glass in his
    direction. What was he doing?

Oh and how's the bike? (yes I know in UKRM it is usually the bike
that's the concern but this is Platy of the dulcet tones, no Trophy
engine noise can compete with that accent)

    You and mum OK?

That's the lamest excuse I've heard so far not having to stand
in for Robbo at the pub-quiz. But, pass on my GWS to the daft
    bugger.
