EOSM re-booking

OK, a little bit of your input would be appreciated here.

It would seem that the EOSM and the late French run clash, so I'm about
to ask Mu at the Black Horse if we can reschedule the EOSM, assuming
that she hasn't got the pub and rooms booked up all the way through
that time of year.

As it is the End of Summer Meet, should I ask if we should bring it
forward into late August, or shall we move it back to late September?

It's your event, so your comments would help.

 

After freezing my arse off in a tent at the BOSM, I'd be keen to see
it a bit earlier, but there are *lots* of things on around the end of
August which might clash with an EOSM.

Can we not extend August or something? Nobody uses the first two weeks
of October for anything, so we could shuffle things around and use
those when it's warmer.

 

It is easier for me to book holiday off of work during August than
September...
