As subject. But then I left while even WC was awake, so it hadn't got too
    bad.... :)

Even the NS5 made it there, got the throttle tugged (at a standstill - no
one seemed brave enough to ask for a go...[1]) by a few folk and then got
ridden home with no nip-ups and no holed pistons.

    Dave

PS. If anyone has a few hours to kill, they might like to ask Monz what
    bike he rode today.......
PPS. I would like to apologise to Christofire's missus and I hope she's not
mentally scarred for too long after this weekend - but it's his fault for
daring to bring her to an *OSM

[1] Except Monz who did ask but then decided to ride the bike in the "PS"
    instead...

Most popular bike seems to have been the GTS, which suprisingly rides well
:). But I must admit riding the CBX just made my day.

But will the owner of the following quote (after getting off the GTS and
asked what he thought about it) own up?

    "Well, its a motorbike"

Double arse, I've not long spoken to Lozzo on the landline at the pub
as I couldn't make it this evening either.

I'm planning on making it for brekkie in the morning, so I'll pass your
    apologies on.

Arse, forgot to cancel with Mu. If anyone goes op there tomorrow, please
tell her I'm very sorry, but couldn't make it this year...

That's what happens when WUN brings a GTS1000 and you go with a mate on his
slightly hotted-up RC45 and the NS sounds like its gonna seize with every
    blip.... :)

And when you only go for 90 minutes before most people have arrived.

I really did want a go. But I was *convinced* the bugger'd seize on me.
So I bottled out of asking.

    I rather regret it now.

I think Monz may have you on video convinced it was going to seize even when
it was just Ginge blipping the throttle..... :)
Just wait til BOSM... It'll be even more sorted by then... :)

  12. You and 20 others, it seems. Bad form. A helluva lot of food went to
waste. Lozzo says he'll name & shame.

Top evening, thobut. And we might have a new recruit to ukrm: a bloke on
an old air-cooled GSX1100, all tricked up, who stopped by to see what
    all the fuss was about.

I felt ever so slightly hungover this morning.

That really is a bit crap- if you say you're going and ask for food - then
at least cancel before somenoe else spends money they won't get back
    splashing out on food.

Still, next time I'm sure asking for a £5 deposit or no breakie will work in
    both sides favour.

And hopefully they might have the good grace to pay up anyway.

I was considering just turning on spec and taking a cancelled spot (and
paying for it of course), but work and moving house got the better of me.
    Wish I had come now.
