EOSM no show

It appears my missus really didn't want me to go to the EOSM.
She was complaining of stomach ache all day yesterday, so I said I'd stay
with her and travel over to the Black Horse on Sunday (Today).
Long and short of it is, she is now in hospital having her appendix removed.
Bloody women eh?

Ouch, had mine done when i was only 9, all i remember is that Spiderman
cartoon on telly on the Saturday morning swap shop and Goldfinger being on

Blimey, sorry to hear about your good lady, hope she's recovering well.

I also couldn't attend due to a mountain of coursework for my Open
University degree and a dog that refuses to go pillion! ;-)

Yes, I know I should have been more prepared and arranged for a dog
sitter and done the coursework sooner, but in all honesty I've been
enjoying the summer and I don't regret it for a minute!

That said, I'm allowing myself a little sulk as I would have loved to
have seen you all.

So then, who's going to dish the dirt on what happened at the EOSM?

Dunno about anyone else, but I got quite hideously drunk, and so did
Ginge. And some other stuff happened. And bear turned up and killed
