I vote near-incident.

 

If it doesn't result in death or hospitalisation it's pretty much a non-
event.

Closest I've come to that kind of thing was after a one-man pub crawl
round lower Manhattan seven years ago. Woke up spreadeagled on my back
on the bed in my hotel, fully clothed, choking on my own vomit.
