Nope. You need a space between the last letter and the first dot and
an ellipsis is generally three dots, although if you use it at the end
of a sentence (go look up how to construct a sentence) you may add a
period, making four dots in total. Eight dots do not a "double
    ellipsis" make.

  5. I'm not talking about racing, or even hurrying. I've averaged more than
40mph between Essex and Edinburgh, on a chair-lot, and before any of the
A1 was motorway. Mind you, there was a bit less traffic in those days.

I reckon I could still do it on a chair-lot, if I chose day and time.
The trick is to take your time - riding/driving fast tires you - or it
should if you are paying attention.

And we're allowing lots of time to pick up BGN and his bike when he drops
    it.

Your talents are wasted here mate. You should take up teaching.
    or writing.
Both would suit your lifestyle outlook and give a few people some
    edumacation innit... ....

    Nope, sorry, it wasn't me.

    Why, thankyou for that.

I wouldn't dream of taking it over and tbh I'm pretty offended that you'd
even suggest/think that I would. As it happens, I had absolutely no idea
Mike's birthday was then when I made the post.

Please consider my original post withdrawn! I'll **** off and celebrate
elsewhere then, just to be on the safe side. Thanks for your input.

I usually do take my time on longer trips. It's that some days, when the
feeling gets me, I can have a bit of a mad moment. Other days, I feel
clumsy and slow right down, even more than usual. :)
