  1. I've returned. From looking at some of the posts, UKRM, like a soap-opera, is
just as immediately accessible after a long period of absence. "How very
reassuring", I thought to myself. And then I wrote it down, in case I forgot
    it.

Anyhow, news-wise: I've divorced the missus, bought a new bike, sorted my
life out and am currently settled in North London. Happy? Hot diggety damn,
    yes.

Is the BOTAFOF is still alive?

Are you still a member of her majestys finest filth?

Sorry to be a bit abrupt but your answer might affect the answer to
    your original question.

  4. Good grief it's you. I was wondering what had happened to you just the
other day. Still with the Met helping to crush civil liberties? ;-)

    Ah, almost notorious, then.
Wood Green. Brand spanking new flat. Tube within staggering distance. Easy
cycling to work (same time as Tube). I have all I need on my doorstep, and
the publican next door knows how to serve up good beer. :)
Good oh. Is anyone up for one tomorrow?

It's black with black bits. It's the one true colour...

The Green Meanie was sold for a Sprint ST, some time ago! Traded that in last
    September for the current incumbent.

By golly, it's good. Never have the back roads to me Dad's been so enjoyable!
