Ebike quote oddity

I have just received a renewal quote from Ebike, one via snail mail,
the other via email. The snail mail one was for £122.59 and the email
one £82.69 - the later figure matches the figure on their web site.
Both mention break down cover as being an extra £39.90.

The snail mail letter states that break down is no longer included, yet
the £82.39 + £39.90 adds up to the quoted £122.59. Reading the letter
alone, one might be inclined to assume the combined figure of insurance
+ breakdown would be £162.49
