EBay bike valuation

Could those wot know about bikes cast their eyes over the following

For some odd reason I fancy a 'chariot' and this 'looks' ok but I can hear
alarm bells ringing in the background.

Price wise I'd be looking at around the starting bid, not the buy it now
price, just the fact the guy is flying off to Thailand soon and no MOT has
me worried.

Incidentally, I know it's coming but I don't need any advice re my taste for
bikes, I know I have not taste and quite happy with it ;-)

Any constructive views appreciated, non-constructive welcomed also, just
make them humorous!

 

He can't spel, ither. For that kind of dosh and given the bike it is
I'd expect an MOT. And pictures of the other side of the bike.

Either check it out in person and convince matey to throw in an MOT or
give it a miss. MOT'd I'd say that the starting price would probably be
fair.

 

Not as a '97, pre-85, yes.
