Some twat of a dealer has placed a bid. This could be funny.

 

Not really. If I was to bid on the vehicles I would expect them to be as
advertised before I parted with my money. I.E. vehicle inspection, VIN
plate check etc. Just like you would do if you where buying a 20K car of
eBay.

 

And, of course, the good ole free shipping.
