Do you guys still do that? I remember last time, I rode up to the Bay area, partied with my moto buddies, and got up at 3a:00 am to get ready for that ride. I asked my buddy where the start button was on a '71 Triumph. When we got to the top, there were 2 guys on original Indian Chiefs. The gate was still locked, so we all had to do a bit of off-road around it. I was surprised that I made it, on a strange bike. At the top, there were some pissy Pagans, witches they said. They were annoyed because our bikes shattered their chi, or whatever. I remember it being an astonishing view of the city, as the fog lifted. Then I laid on a rock in the sun and fell asleep, woke up with a lizard on my chest, givin me the bug eye. Then we went into Bolinas for breakfast, and a big flock of wild parrots entertained us from a large palm tree. Good times, good times. That was around 1991 or so, after I'd left the bay area. Y'all still do that ride? -- -- Barb Chaplain, ARSCC "Comparing Scientology to a motorcycle gang is a gross, unpardonable insult to bikers everywhere.
