Was anyone else out on the road at 06:15 this morning? it was a dry clear
morning and I headed up around Harrogate and back. Barely a soul to be seen.
That's the BT020 completely shot and in for replacement before France.

It's a long time since a bike made me want to get up at silly hours to ride
it. I recall the first one that did however, it was a Ducati too (1).

The neighbouring coffee shop that caters for the office workers wasn't even
open when I returned. I see the tables out now though so I'm off down.

    (1) exactly like this one

Yes, it was fucking awful and overcast round here, and no better at
    Mallory Park until mid afternoon.

Utterly downcast today. Never mind, I'm on a run to Whitby on Sunday at
    6am.

Not even thought about bikes all day today. Cold as ****, miserable
until about 6pm & my mate asked me to test ride a SV650 for him (he's a
33hp bloke with not much confidence) Bye **** it was cold in a tee
shirt & that. The SV was a PILE OF SHIT. Rusty at one year old & I mean
rusty. s'tsbeen bummed in winter & not washed. (like most of the
    denizens here i reckon......)

Lets hope it's better this weekend. It's that 'bit inbetween' right
    now.

I'm off to Whitby on Sunday & Brid on Monday, can't wait.

    Are you kidding....???

Someone here asked me what I consider a 'proper bike' - that one
    definitely qualifies!

(Love the way it's blocking his telly...)
