Recently I sold my Saab to a local chap; today I received a new logbook
for the Saab in my name. Which was a surprise.

On phoning up the DVLA this new logbook wasn't a cock up but had been
triggered by the recent tax renewal (expired in July) whilst the car was
    still in my name.

Anyone else had new logbooks after taxing their vehicles?

And I'm still after a Transit/Sherpa type van...

  3. And my Triumph and my Z200 (though that isn't even taxed!)

Yep, exactly the same with my Saab.

sweller was seen penning the following ode to ... whatever:
Yup, but strangely not for all vehicles I was required to tax.
