Dunno whether to be pleased or not

On the plus side my wife passed her driving test today.

On the negative side she'll be driving my car...

 

With cars as cheap as they are you would be foolish not to buy her one of
her very own

 

Bugger that. I'm going to buy me one of those new Civics and she can
have my old one.

Not kidding.

 

Amusingly I put her on my insurance as a named driver on her
provisional so she could practice in it.

It brought my insurance premium _down_.

Realistically, I think I'll be buying a new car for me and she can
have this one. I'm extremely dependent on the car for work and if she
had a big bump it would cause major problems.

Passed on.
