    But changing the front plugs on a VFR is a bit of a shit job, isn't it?

    Indeed you have to. Which is fun, especially if the bolts that you're
    supposed to remove are rusted solid.

    Oh well, it's got four new spack plugs now.

  4. Oh, deep joy. Yes, horrible job. Done it once, on (IIRC) Paul Corfield's
    VFR.
    Just as well, seeing as it's owned by a spacker.....

    Actually, they do. Oddest spark plug key I've seen in a while.

    I knew I should've stuck Iridium plugs in so I wouldn't have to touch
    them for another 35k.

    Then I figured that I probably wouldn't have it long enough to worry
    about that.
    Yeah, yeah, just keep insulting me and I'll have to drown my sorrows in
    expensive Cognac on Saturday...

    Well, given the cost of the spark plugs and what I tend to do to a bike's
    resale value, I probably doubled the value of the bike by installing the
    plugs.
