Good to see the Suzukis filling the podium too.

Without Ducati, Casey will be nowhere as well (Hint: see previous
    season..)

Engine blew in some way - lost power. No real details available that
    I've spotted.

This was the first run of the pneumatic valve engine, but Yamaha were
at pains to say they didn't assume it was the new technology (in the
    the crash.net article).

The quote from rossi was along the lines of he didn't think his tyres
were warm enough the first couple of laps so he didn't push too hard
and just when they were coming good it broke.

I think that's a bit tough - Pedrosa paid his karma out by helping
Hayden get the championship in the final race (through gritted teeth
    I'm imagining).

I only saw the overhead shot this evening on the news but it looked like
DePuniet hit Vermuelen's rear and then high-sided into Pedrosa.
Chris the V is lucky he wasn't in it too! (Gawd knows it's about time he got
    the break!)

Not only Rossi, but Edwards slowed dramatically at the end of the
race. I think he ended up back in 12th(?)

Seems Yamaha have a little more work to do ;-)

According to post race interviews Edwards said he slowed down at the
end because the tyres went off.
