It's four days before the French run.

I've got the Morini (and GFR) booked in for the MRC day at Cadwell in
June. Half the speed but twice the fun for £90.

I've ridden it every day since I got it back you nasty little Troll. I'm
particularly impressed that is can weigh in at only 200kg and yet the rear
subframe looks like it could support a car.

It really wouldn't be a nice track bike. The 2005 ST is set up for
comfort/street. When I got K-Tech to rework the front end and fit the radial
Brembo conversion I thought about having it stiffened up, but it didn't make
any sense. It's just right for the awful state of the public roads. The red
2003 model that went to Chris A/Donald would be nice though.

    Ok, I'll bite now...

Having been involved with this from a meeting with Ducati UK
at the NEC back in November, you're[1] kind of almost getting it.

    It's not a trackday, it's a CSS weekend. Given that it's on
a weekend, comparable prices with CSS are 399 per day, or a
trackday on the full GP track is upwards of 150 per day, and
I couldn't find any weekend dates as it was. Ok, so you guys
got a bank-holiday date which is probably equivalent!

The entry price includes meals and drinks all day as well as
    a commemorative t-shirt.
You also get 2x BSB tickets for Brands and a voucher for
20% the price of Ducati Grandstand tickets if you want to
buy them too (up to 4 tickets).
So for 499 it's not that bad.

The 50 quid entry gives you entrance for both days with all
meals and drinks, and also the t-shirt. It's the full experience
    without going on track.

There's a 25 quid entry which covers both days and is sans
    the meals.

There's a 15 quid daily ticket if you just want to turn up
at the gate and have a look round at the stalls, demonstrations,
talks, the museum and other stuff going on.

And children get in free too!

The parade lap is a bit of a funny one as it is basically the
50 quid weekend ticket (so entry both days, meals, drinks,
t-shirt) plus you get to do a parade lap around the full GP
track with the other bikes - it's not 100 quid on top.

Luckily I get free tickets so I will be there! So ner.

[1] That's as in "everyone" and not just you Ben!

You might have got less of a roasting from the DSC and ukrm if this had
    been properly stated originally......

The day has definitely suffered from poor marketing, but
    that is not my fault!
