DT50 in Classic mechanics

    Some dimbo paid over £300 quid for a ratty moped on Ebay and then
    boasted about it in print!

    Right on! ROTFL!

    I thought mine was expensive at £170 last month .....

    Yours was cheap, most of the 'peds I've seen at that sort of money are shite
    old fieldbikes.
    Roadworthy ones with at least some MOT seem to fetch the £300+ mark
    regularly on Ebay, and don't seem to come up for sale anywhere else.

    Our TS50 cost £350 on ebay with 6 months MOT on it, and I feel the price was
    about right for what we got.

    What did you end up buying BTW?
