You just proved that I have a greater intellect than you. You didn't
even address the "just a theory" part of my post.

It doesn't bother me one bit, you ignorant little ****. You just give
no credence to your claims and make your arguments look like a little
kid crying for candy, at best.

  5. *Sigh*. I suppose that next you're going to tell me that were it not for
the Yanks declaring war on Hitler, we'd all be speaking German?

I see you've moved off the original argument, anyway, having been
thoroughly discredited, so I'll chalk that one up.

Actually, I disapprove of spell checkers. I have to critique too many
documents in which some engineer has correctly spelled the wrong word,
and insists that it must be correct because it passed the spell
checker. In the missile biz, that ain't good.

  15. Possibly because I went to university there.

You ought to try an educational establishment sometime. Kindergarten
    would be a good start.

Face it, chum - you're outclassed here, in every sense of the word.

  16. As in "flat earth". Close enough to be a good working model when
you're trying to build something. I'd speculate that a lot of
animist myths have (had) the same kind of utility.
I always figured science predicted without prooving (whatever "proof"
means). It ought to taught as models which can always be replaced
by better models. It's not about gospel.

Anyway, I find it no problem at all to believe that an all powerful
creator could produce a perfect fossil record, perfect human record,
etc. Last week, 12-14 billion years ago, it's all good dude.

Now the great flood and Noah on the other hand....WTF is that all
    about ?

It wouldn't be the first time the majority of people were wrong including
the leaders. That point is baseless.

  20. I have been reading this thread and it is the same bullshit that I have
head so many times. The same christioan challenges that are flawed
logcially and scientifically. Take away the bible and disallow it or it's
verses and the christian has nothing. He has no proof of anything, no
principles, nothing. It is a book based religion. Nice eh?

Logically there can be no hell and no god either. See what George Carlin
has to say about it. He makes sense. The bible, god, and jesus don't.
Horus of Egypt sounds like a better Jesus than Jesus. Check the
similarities between the two. I think Jesus was a myth ripped off from
    myth of Horus.

Have a nice one, whatever a 'one' is for you.
