Driving Licence renewal

    Who cares what's printed on their licence anyway? Even after the points
    have come off they still have to be declared for another year so the
    only reason to worry about it is intent to commit insurance fraud.

    Mine'd look a bit barren without all the offences scrawled in biro on
    it.
