Any bench grinder and a pot of cooling water. Hold bit against wheel
at correct angle, rotate, dip to cool.

Alternatively - buy new good quality drill bits and use cutting lube
    in future.

Any cheap 7" wheel bench grinder. If you can't sharpen a drill bit
you've no right to be using a drill in the first place.

btw, I often sharpen drills up to 1" using a 41/2" disc grinder so
    it's not difficult.

I know how to use a bench grinder but have no where to put one so that
is why I asked about drill sharpeners.

If you haven't got room for a bench grinder, you haven't got room for a
    drill sharpener.

I thought you might do that. You'll have been back out for them within
    10 minutes though.
