While mounting a new rear tire, the tech noticed my rear rotor was a bit
worn. It measured ~3.8mm and he said it comes with about 5mm of thickness.
Since then, I've felt all three rotors after parking the bike and noticed
the rear one is HOT while the front ones are not (at all). The front rotors
also appear to have little or no wear (not measured, just felt with
    fingers).

I use front AND rear brakes when stopping, so it looks like the rear pads
are dragging right? And this is causing rotor and probably pad wear.
Should the pads contact the rotor with no pressure on the lever? If not,
how much should the gap be? How can I adjust this, and finally, should I
    replace the rear rotor?

    Thanks, JJJ.
