DR370 maintinence suggstions

Just acquired for little of nothing. I KNOW the
timing chain is going to be replaced(oh that
distinctive Suzuki thumper in need of a new chain
sound) But any suggestions (real one or at least a
damn smiley)would be appreciated. Now if you will
excuse me, I'm off to a buddies salvage yard to
see if he has any SP/DR370 Muffler, secondary
mufflers on hand. Well that and a new brake perch
and some bits so the kick start lever stays on.
The washer and clip are MIA.
