Would you ride? Yes, no, up to which month, which additional protections?
Any experience here? I don't know what to say to someone (pregnant) who's
asked me a 10M ride from N London to Piccadilly Circus in a number of
    occasions...

    Thanks,
    C

My cousin Karen was still riding her RD125LC at 7 months pregnant

As long as she can physically fit on the back safely and she's happy
    with it I don't see a problem.

I believe Gyp of this parish carried his missus on the back when she
was up to 8 months gone.

He probably had no choice; her car was out of petrol.

Tell her not to jump up and down too much as it upsets the handling.

And a bit. I took her to the Mill at Withington on the back of a K1100RS
when she was 10 days past her due date. Horse was born 2 days later.

We used to turn up to the antenatals on the bike too.

Would I take a pregnant woman pillion in London? No, absolutely not, not
    under any circumstances.

As she's not filled her car up since falling pregnant, you could well be
    right.

Anyway, the doc said to bring the baby on the traditional techniques
were a beer and a curry and a damn good ride. So I had to take her to
    the pub on the bike.

Back in 1993, I took my (then) wife up the hospital after her waters had
broken, and well into labour. The first time they'd heard of it. She was
pillion all the way to the end.

    Thank you all!
She was OK with it, it was me who was feeling not so good. But everything
went OK, 3 on a bike, like in Naples ;-).

A mate of the Dago group proudly explains he had his first bike accident
when his mother had a Vespa accident riding pillion :)
