    Yes, but it's usually significantly (like 33%) more expensive to buy

    Someone tapped me on the shoulder a few years ago at Donington GP, asking if
    I still had to buy a ticket. Although it sounded a bit dodgy, I said yes, he
    gave me the ticket. While I was going for my wallet to pay, he'd disappeared
    (no, he didn't nick the wallet). So, I'd challenge you in the increase in
    price :)
