What an *odd* country. With even odder menu items.
Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, Salad Dodger Did you try the puffin? How about rotten shark?
Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, Salad Dodger What did you think? Personally, I wouldn't climb a cliff for one. Ah, well, maybe you did it the wrong way round. The rotten shark first, *then* the Black Death. Apparently.
I only tried bit of Linda's "Game Feast" - Minke whale, Reindeer and Puffin. It was like slightly fishy kidney, to my taste. I had it in the correct order - but I find it hard to choose as to which was the most foul. The best bit about Icelandic food is the way they hide the vegetables under the meat.
"How did you find your rotten seaweed marinated in whale piss, sir?" "I lifted up the bit of dead shark and there it was."

You're joking. Go and find a sea stack that's got near enough impossible access due to rough seas, pick the seaward side so it's crumbling away in large lumps and you'll find nobody has dared climb it yet. It's out there waiting for anyone stupid enough to go for it. You might even find someone stupid enough to film it for you and then your family could sell it as some kind of snuff movie.
