    OK then:

    1. Is anyone else here doing the DoC ride in?
    2. Is anyone else here going to the DoC at all?
    3. If you are doing either of (1) or (2) then I shall be in attendance on
the 955 wobbling round like wobbly bugger from wobbletown
    4. Is anyone else here going to Donington from Friday - Monday? If so then
maybe we should shun the usual Rossi/Biaggi crowd gatherings and get a ukrm
'corner' ready... I suggest on the infield somewhere between the Old
    Hairpin and Schwantz...

    Any takers?

And *that* is where you are going wrong... I've been more busy these last 3
weeks than I ever was at work, but it has all bee fun instead of
    drudgery.... :)
Well I'll prolly just see you Sunday then.[1][2]

    Dave

[1] Unless you see me first.....
[2] Which will be a shame for you as all the cunts with airhorns'll be out
Sunday and you won't be able to hear the bikes..... :(( I reckon this
year, going, by announced advance ticket sales, that Friday will be the only
day we won't get twats blaring the crappy things everytime
Rossi/Biaggi/someone on a bike or in a car or helicopter or a parachutist
    goes past...

Was considering it - how busy is it likely to be though as quite frankly I
can't be arsed at the moment to spend any more time than I have to with
    general humanity [1]

Last year was around the 10,000 mark. may be less this year as paddock
access restricted to 2000, woth only 1000 at a time on a pre-paid basis.

Its a damn sight cheaper and less crowded/noisy to see and hear tha GP bikes
than it is on race day.

But if you're avoiding people and only attending for one day, I'd go Friday
as it's the same price and, as you've obviously not got a paddock apss,
you'll not see too much Thurs and there's more track action Friday.

Then again, it *is* for charidee.........

  7. If it's any consolation that made me laugh. What's gone wrong now?

Need any tent space saving or you just going to chance your luck? There's
about 7 tents-worth of us corralled together so far so adding a bit more
tape and leaving some extra space ain't gonna be too difficult (and we're
pitching Thursday so we'll be in a reasonable place too....)

My plans for a GSXR750 have taken a turn for the worst due to my inabilty to
    a) see the obvious b) lie successfully.

ie I didn't get the job I was rather hoping I would.

Ha ha - except I _didn't_ lie and that's the problem.

In hindsight, I could have said exactly what I needed to say - but a) it
didn't occur to me at the time and b) I'm not particularly good at lying.

So I can contribute, but it's from the other end of your scale as I wasn't
    'found out' for lying.
