Imagine what it would be like if you could look up radio schedules using
    your home computer.

Anybody planning to, umm... "timeshift" that? Somebody capable of making
    a decent digital recording, perhaps?

Alternatively, perhaps someone who has more direct access to that kind
    of thing could provide... hmmm?

Or even play things back whenever you like over the next 7 days!

I think anyone who relies on any kind of lock is potentially in for an
unpleasant surprise. I use a disc lock because it's on the insurance
agreement but I'm under no illusion as to its deterrent factor.

ROFL, I have one of those very locks in green but I'd read in Ride that they
    were very easy to open.
I've said a few times in here that if you value your bike (and your money)
get down to your local master locksmith and ask him for some proper kit.

I just read this. I'm going outside right now to hammer a bit of wood
    into the keyhole.

No bugger will be taking my bike.

Lock the disklock in a cupboard.

I've used mine to produce a fantastic look of total surprise when I set
off and the bike moves a foot then stops dead and falls over sideways.

Had the kids in fits, it did.
