  1. I was asked where the Name came from.
So, some of you well versed fellers, tell me where the DoRag or Doo Rag
    or Dew
Rag ‘name’ came from. Now I've always wore bandanas.......I use to
really like the red one, like Willie wears alot....there were times
folks said I looked a little like Old Willie.....I like the new style,
called dooRag, it's much Ez"er to put on, and wear under the helmet for
me. I buy em' at a place for $1.99......But if you wanna pay more, say
5.99, then go to the Honda store or the HD store.......<W> bj.

I can't wear one. My neanderthal-like sloping forehead causes doo rags to
    fly off.

    the name is from hair-doo.

I wore one once during an all-weekend rally. When I finally took it
off, I was red faced and about mid way up my forehead I went pale
suddenly. Since then, the only time I wear one is under my helmet to
keep the helmet from smelling funky after a few miles of hot weather.
Plus that, the tail of the doo-rag blowing out the back of the helmet
    looks really cool!

I get em for 1.99, at a place here in Texarkana..called "almost
Everything" but they are anywhere from 3.99 to 5.99 at the Bike
Store§.....they're about 3.99 in JC Whitneys.........
