    Sales call this afternoon, ostensibly from an outfit called Toucan Telecom,
    trying to sell me cheap calls. Sales droid had a seriously "Goodness
    Gracious Me" accent, and gave his name as Steve Austin...

    You are fucking taking the piss. Listen, ****, if you want to sell to me,
    first don't lie to me, and second don't insult my intelligence.

    Dear oh dear oh dear.

    I suppose I'd better get round to doing the TPS thang...
