Dirt bike house 4 sale, boulder creek

    Help U Sell is listing a house at 505 Wildberry in Boulder Creek. I
    live up the road from this place, and jog by it in the morning on my way
    to the trails for a run. House sits on 8 acres with a pond, gazeo, etc.
    It is the last house on that side of wildberry lane, and sitting right
    on a trail entrance to a vast expanse of forest criss-crossed with
    trails, and logging roads.

    Dirt bikers! Snap this one up before the new owners slap a chain across
    the trail, and put up signs! $650K, and in reach of comcast digital
    broadband! The land is perfect for horses, too! Elevation is about
    1000-1100 feet above sea level.
