Direct Choice Insurance - a warning

Mrs WUN got quotes from comparethemarket for her new wheels. She's just
had an email from "Direct Choice" asking her to contact them as they do
not have the vehicle registration number and (quote) "The vehicle is not
covered".

Well, that's right you underhand, lying cunts. It's not covered by you.
And never will be.

Nasty attempted scare tactics. Avoid, would be my strong advice.

I've been with them for several years. They were really efficient over
the crashed Thunderace, and made me a good and immediate offer in
writing it off. More recently, however, I've been having trouble
getting a copy of the actual policy when (as brokers) they changed me
to a different company.

I'll get a few fresh quotes at renewal time and see what comes up.
