Dilemma - ferry or ride?

    RBR - you have been warned.

    Ardrishaig to Drimnin is 112 miles by road (inc Corran Ferry[3,4])

    Ardrishaig to Drimnin is 52 miles by road (inc Oban-Craignure[1];
    Fishnish to Lochaline[2]) ferries, plus about £30 in fares.

    What would you do?

    [1] Every 2 hours: £17.75 bike, £3.95 rider.
    [2] Every 50 mins: £ 5.35 bike, £2.45 rider.
    [3] Every 30 mins: £ 5.20 (for car, bike not quoted)
    [4] I'll need to get this from Ardgour to Inverie on the way back,
    anyway.

    Depends on time of day Dodger. The ride via The Fort and Glenuig is the
    most rewarding, but even longer.

    Did that two years ago, on the way to Saddell Abbey. On the ferry, the
    GPS had my altitude at -8 feet. :)
    I've used it several times.
