Diesel

    It might be to late for someone but there is a large amount of diesel on the
    A46 on the by-pass to the north of Lincoln between the A15 round about and
    the round about to Grimsby. I stopped a police car about 13:45 and told him
    about it. At the same time a brown Camera stopped to report the same spill.
    Hope this saves at least one of you comming off.
