My original intention was, indeed, that miles should be in _thousands_ of
miles, which would explain why everybody scored a lot more than me.

Not, of course, that it makes any difference to how much relevance the final
number has to anything.

This equation is mainly based around average annual mileage - first year
(16) did 4000 miles on a moped

 

I think there ought to be some differentiation between four wheel miles
and two wheel miles driven.

I'd substitute M = (M4 + M2*2)

 

Unfortunately I missed off the bit where you have to subtract Q where Q=0 if
you can correctly quote usenet posts and 1,000,000 if you remove all
context, like some kind of idiot.

How does that affect your score?

I've got a mental picture of somene on a motorised Unicyle. Anyone know
if that could be road legal?
