    I'd be up for that.

I don't know when because of work commitments, but if I've got a
weekend off then an afternoon of being a **** on those roads would be
    a laugh.

Well, the only time I'm going to be able to do it anytime soon will be
tomorrow morning. I'm quite keen as well - see [1].

So far I've only ridden it from Beav's[2] place back to mine in heavy
rain, the likes of which are traditionally used for floods, species
cleansing and other biblical events. I know it's a "damper", but FFS.

Maybe sometime in June then. I'll see how work pans out.

Don't really like the way they look. I even prefer the look of the SV
thou, and that looks half-finished. If they brought out a litrebike that
looks like the baby Daytona, I'd buy one in an instant and bollocks to
the insurance, but the 955 doesn't really do it for me.

They do look a bit round for my liking, but the noise (and the amount
of go / insurance cost) more than make up for it. If you're trying to
get a bit of NCB back it might be worth it for a year.

It's the back-end that puts me off. That and needing to find another
    paddock stand.

This is quite true, I'm sure. But most things can be "fast enough" if
    thrashed sufficiently.

It's academic, really. I won't be buying anything until the winter, at
the earliest, as my NCB doesn't click until November.

You must be thinking of the early T595 shape, mine doesn't have that
awful back end. The later ones aren't taht rounded tbh, they look almost
    like a Jap styled them.

Abba stand. Works on single siders, lifts the whole of the back of the
bike up, steady as a rock. Stick a jack under the exhaust and you've
got both wheels up. Seriously worth the money.

That's usually the case; you need to develop your own full sense of
    personal blushing horror.
Dunno what I was typing into the "ctrl-f" box on *that* page then. :/

It's because we've all been eating too many burgers and cream buns, a
250 just can't lug the extra weight. I'm not calling you a fat bastard,
    but it's true.

Yeah, I'd be in that. Couldn't do much riding this (past) weekend, but the
reason is now safely tucked up in hospital.
