Uh, I'm guessing the same ignorant rednecks that would use their
trucks to drag people down the road to their deaths....what idiot
chains a man to the back of a pickup and drives through town until
there's little left of the man?

There are certainly some sick fuckers out there....usually living in
small towns in the south and driving pickups.

Thanks for the post, Jim.. Damn, I always hate to hear about
incidents like this, that lead to such tragedy.. The stupidity of
the driver and passenger of that pickup truck cannot be taken
lightly.. Their prosecutions should be monitored carefully..

I seem to recall a motorcyclist who shot two truck drivers in
Richardson about 10 years ago for driving recklessly around him. He
was given a huge bond and held up as a murderer should be.

Now you have a couple redneck dumbasses who run over a couple
motorcycles with the intent to kill them and they're given a very
light bond and it's treated more like a "manslauter" charge of what
you'd see had someone ran a red light and killed another person in the
    event.

Wanna guess how a bunch of idiot rednecks in Bowie County would treat
this trial? Fucking chickenshit rednecks can't kick someone's ass in a
bar, and they're too cowardly to end it there....they have to use
their trucks where they feel like a "big man". Get the fuckers out of
their "trucks" and they're just a bunch of pussies.

You are so dead wrong Bud!!! Bjay did NOT indicate that at all! He said it
was a deliberate murder!!!! Can't you read Bud??

People who have children should be extra careful and that lady who got
killed was NOT wearing a helmet and that was dumb!!! She had obligations to
her young children to be as careful as possible and as much as I hate she
got killed, it did irritate me at her for being so careless by NOT wearing a
    damn helmet!!!

I'm sure Brian can read very well.. You are right, Bjay did comment that it
    was
"murder".. However, where the rub is coming in.. he also elaborated furthur
and indicated that those bikers had initiated the confrontation by their
    actions..
His implications were that they were also under the influence of booze, etc.
That isn't your call.. and it makes no difference if she was wearing a
    helmet
or not.. There is no helmet on the market that will insulate a
    rider/passenger
from a pickup truck that purposely causes a collision.. The lady who was
killed in that crash has probably ridden more miles behind her husband or
whoever than many of us have ridden in our lives.. That purposeful collision
with the pickup, caused by the driver of the pickup, ended her life and dep-
rived her children of their mother..

Riding without a helmet is legal in Texas and Arkansas.. Deliberately caus-
ing a crash between a pickup truck and a motorcycle is murder and attempted
murder.. That is a crime and that driver should be prosecuted for his
    crimes..

    She had obligations to
You are full of shit.. and an idiot .. to boot..

You got that exactly right.. I don't know who this "Jay" character thinks he
    is
but he's pure moron .. I didn't like Bjays' comments about that murder and
for some fool like this to try to blow the helmet horn, after the fact.. is
    plain
foolish and ignorant.. Then to bring her children into the mix is furthur
    indic-
ation of that stupidity.. If he considers that he's "irritated".. he can't
    compre-
hend the contempt that I have for his ignorance..

At least BJay will be pleased to see that finally someone said something
stupid, you know he's been on the lookout for cover.
